The Economics, Finance & Management Society

One of the University of Bristol's biggest Societies

The EFM Society provides a range of academic, social and career based events for all Bristol University students who have an interest in Economics and related issues. We are the only society affiliated with the School of Economics, Finance and Management, representing the interests of over 1600 highly motivated and intelligent students studying a wide range of disciplines. Our four key areas of student interaction are:

Careers

  • We run careers, networking and speaker events for our sponsor firms, as well as a number of charities.

Academic

  • We have a unique affiliation with the Bristol School of Economics, Finance and Management and work with them to provide the best university experience for our students

Social

  • We hold an integral position in the social lives of our members, running a comprehensive parenting scheme, numerous bar crawls, international trips and, of course, our renowed Christmas Ball. See the calendar for upcoming events.
